Can anyone tell me how to cancel the premium subscription? I've been in to the app, into fitbit.com and my Apple subscriptions and there is nothing, no mention of the trial premium subscription anywhere. I've spent avuut half an hour looking and there is nothing.

Hi, @AndyC82 , to cancel your Premium subscription, open your app and from the opening, Today screen, click on the person photo/icon top left to take you to the account screen and then click on “account settings”. On the next screen choose “manage subscriptions” . This should take you to the subscription area of the App Store where you can cancel.
If you do not see your subscription there, please confirm that you are logged in with the same email address that you used to set up your Fitbit Premium Subscription!
You could also try clicking on “restore purchases” which should make your subscription visible so that you can cancel it.

I’m amazed at the number of posts related to cancelling Premium - this obviously needs to be made simpler! I am stuck in a loop where I cannot cancel, because I subscribed via Google Play under an email / google account that no longer exists. Google can’t cancel it for me; and Fitbit can’t find it either. yet my account continues to say Premium, and my credit card was charged for the annual subscription back in February when I started trying to fix this. All the links and “instructions” are futile for me. Am I going to have to simply cancel my Fitbit Account altogether? Sigh.

Thank you for letting us know what the inconvenience is and for share your experience, I know how frustrating this could be and I hope you can understand we are always trying to improve or services.
In this specific case, what I recommend is trying to get access to your old Google account, if you still remember what your email address is, try to contact Google Help & Support site and ask them to help you to get access to it and from there you can try to cancel it.
I know you mentioned that the account no longer exists, but if you're being charged for Premium it's because the account still existed.
