This is apparently an ongoing problem and no one is available to help either of course. So, I will be contacting my credit card company to make sure that further charges from Fitbit are blocked and I will attempt to contact someone at Fitbit "customer service" but one way or another, I will stop this charge and I am letting you know in writing that I do not authorize you to use my card. I would also like to point out that trapping customers with this kind of tactic is not good business, it is fraudulent. You will lose more customers as a result (since unhappy people tend to warn their friends).
