Hi, I have cancelled my premium subscription last month and it was going to finish on 4th April 2021. However, it is now 5th April and is still showing that I have premium on my app. I have tried logging out and restarting my phone and is still there. Can anyone please help? I don't want to get charged. Some of the functionalities that premium should have does not work anyway.

Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "
