Cancelling Fitbit Premium Trial

Hello. I purchased the Fitbit Sense and received the 6 month free trial with it. I read that it will automatically start billing me for fitbit premium after the 6 month trial. Is this true? I have also tried to see how to cancel my subscription in case it does. I have tried to check my subscription through the app store and through the fitbit app; however, it seems to not be showing up, most likely because I used a different payment method and also did not sign into apple when using my account, as my fitbit and apple account are not linked in any way. I have searched how to cancel it in other ways but no other way has shown up. I don't want continue having the fitbit premium subscription, and I don't want to pay for another month or more. So can you please let me know if it will fee me after the trial ends and how to cancel the subscription in another way?

As mentioned in the description of the trial, if this isn't cancelled before the 6 month free trial, you'll be charged as the trial will expire. Since you have checked your Apple store and Fitbit doesn't appear as a subscription purchased through there, it must have been purchased through Fitbit.com, in this case, it's recommended to contact our Support team and they'll be happy to cancel it for you.

Yes. That is how I purchased it. When I bought the watch, I did it through fitbit.com. Thank you!

Hi Silvia!  Have absolutely identical problem: had a free trial with my new Sense which doesn’t appear neither in Apple AppStore or Fitbit app. Customer support didn’t help me, they keep redirecting me to Apple support but they say that I have no purchases through AppStore. Please help me find a way to cancel Premium

Hi. I had that same problem. I cancelled it by doing a live chat. I went to the help location, and went to live chat. Then you just have to wait until someone responds and simply ask them to cancel your trial.

If your purchase was done through Apple Store, follow these instructions to cancel it.
