I've spent the last 2 hours trying to cancel my free trial of Fitbit Premium as I have one month until I am billed. I have tried numerous different things after reading many, many suggestions in the Community posts both going through the app and also the Fitbit website. In the Fitbit website I found my subscription and can see that I will be billed $13.49 on Nov 22/21. When I click on cancel and then the next screen click Cancel Subscription, I get a message that an error occurred and to go to Fitbit help.
I also tried cancelling through the app as that's where I activated the free trial when I got my Inspire 2 in Nov/20. When I click on my phone Settings, my name and then Subscriptions, it says I do not have any subscriptions.
I do not know what else I need to do to cancel this free trial. It seems to be more difficult than it needs to be. I will probably end up contacting the credit card company to block any payments to Fitbit or Digital River, but I would prefer to get this cancelled instead of having to do that.
Please help me with this.

Yup, same here. It’s impossible to cancel it.
