Hey everyone!
I have a quick question. I have used Fitbit Premium for about half a year, and recently switched from Fitbit to another health tracker.
The thing is, I used to use Fitbit Premium and it was set up on my Fitbit account. I deleted my Fitbit account last month and thought the subscription would also cancel. However, this month i get a PayPal popup there my Fitbit Premium has been deducted from my account. I tried logging back into Fitbit like I used to but my account is ofcourse deleted.
That's why I created this second account to ask this question. Is there a way for me to still cancel my subscription to Fitbit Premium? I read online that I should be able to do that from my PayPal, but that will only let me cancel all my Google account related subscriptions at once, which is more than only Fitbit Premium so I would rather not do that.
Do any of you guys have any experience with this and if so, how did you solve this issue?
