I can not go into my subscription to cancel the premium subscription. In my phone, I only see my google one subscription in the fibit app but not the premium subscription. But if I login the fitbit homepage, the account information failed to load. There is only an onging circle in the middel of screen running forever. I already paid this month but I do not want to pay for the next month. Need help

I got a 6-month free trial from a purchase on fitbit.com.
However, the website no longer works and it displays an error as below: (e.g. https://www.fitbit.com/global/zz/account/subscriptions)
Don't see a subscription you are looking for? Be sure to log in with the same Fitbit account that was used to purchase your subscription. You will only be able to view and manage your subscription using this account. If you paired your device with a different Fitbit account, you will not be able to view or manage your subscription using that account.
