still awaiting help from Fitbit officials after my last post

I really need to cancel my premium annual renewal due soon in less 2 weeks

I no longer get access to Fitbit dashboard on desktop

@unisaver  sorry, but there's nothing we can do about the lack of a computer dashboard. As for your Premium, did you cancel it? Directions can be found on this article - click to read

Hi @unisaver  as of July 8, 2024 there is no dashboard from the computer. It's all on compatible smartphones or tablets.
