Cannot redeem my Fitbit Premium free trial

I got a 6 month free trial of Fitbit with my Google Pixel, but I can't use it because there are no plans available when I try to get Fitbit Premium.

What's the point of giving the free trial if the user can't actually use it?

Please let me help you out regarding this issue with your premium account.

Please note that the country shouldn't be a problem when it comes to Premium activation, so I'm quite sure that this might be something else.

If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you’re currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll find an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. For instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, refer to How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?

If that is not the case, please follow these steps:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the You tab, tap Try Fitbit Premium.

  2. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.
