I bought a new Fitbit Sense watch and signed up for the Premium yesterday but when I click on the premium desktop browser link (after logging in) it takes me to a page that says "UH-OH. We've lost you.We cannot find the page you're looking for. Is there a typo in the url?"
So then I logged into the mobile on my iPad and when I click on the premium button it spins me back to the first page.
Any help would be much appreciated. I can't seem to find the Fitbit support page either. Maybe this is it.

I was able to see that you have a case with our Support team, please continue the communication through email, they'll continue assisting you.
Note that Fitbit Premium is an in-app feature, this service won't be available in your desktop.
