Charge 5 shows no BR, O2,or HRV

My new charge five shows no oxygen rate, no breathing rate, no heart rate variability, it only shows skin temperature. The Health Metrics section is not working. Very disappointing….

How long have you had it?  I also have certain health metrics not showing up, even after a few days/nights.  Based on supports feedback, sleep score and some (all?) these metrics require a few days to set a baseline.  That being said, the answer is a little suspect since you have Skin Temp (I do not), but I have some (not everyday) Oxy rate and HRV.  So it seems inconsistent and not just a set number of days required.  Here is a related thread:
