Hello

I have been charged for Fitbit premium when I did not renew

I emailed to say, please cancel

The service is aweful

I get no replies to my emails and questions

You just keep charging me for a service I dont want

Instructions are rubbish

I would not recomend fitbit to anyone

Please refund my money for fitbit premium

Hi @kamalkotecha  you should cancel Premium, but don't expect any refund for the funds already taken from your account. see Section 2 under Paid Services - it tells you that there are no refunds.

Hi.

I did cancel it

It doesnt show in my subscription plans.

I think the Google system is not working

Thats why I think this is a fraudulent transaction by Google

You need to cancel before the renewal date. In theory, you could start the free trial, then a few days later, cancel. Premium continues until the Rene eel date.
