I got a new device in October. I chose the 6 month trial of Fitbit Premium, which began on 10/30/2023. I cancelled yesterday, 04/30/2024. Three days before this, on 04/27/2024, Fitbit charged my credit card, stating my trial had ended. They refuse to refund me because they "are now part of Google", as if that's an excuse. I was robbed and now have to go through my bank and report fraudulent use of my credit card to get satisfaction. How pathetic is this company that they have to steal from their customers. I should have gotten an Apple Watch, which will be my next purchase. Thanks for nothing, Fitbit/Google!
