I got extra charged for Premium subscription

I have just recieved an email to say my membership has been taken £9.99. I was told it would be £7.99. Cannot seem to get any help regarding this information anywhere  can anyone help?

They ripped you off!  Me too!  And they refuse to do anything about it.  If you can, reach out to the bank that handles your credit card and initiate a fraudulent purchase claim.  That's what I will be doing.
