Charged for premium free trial

Hello

I have subscribed to a 90 day free trial of premium however I have been charged straight away

I have not had a free trial before and I noticed I was offered a free trial

Please could you help

I was just looking through the forum before deciding to add Premium, I think i'll wait as this problem seems to have been ongoing since at least June. I hope you get it sorted soon.

@Rach420 @Klecourtois Please contact Fitbit Support. I had the same problem with my daughter and the support refunded the cost.

I have had the same experience today. 90 day trial and £79.99 taken almost immediately.  Support is unavailable.  It is annoying, as a free trial should be just that.  Obviously someone is there to take your money within a few seconds but for some reason they are not so swift when it comes to rectifying the mistake.  Am I that surprised?  Probably not.  I will try again tomorrow.
