For almost 2 weeks before my fitbit free trial ended, I tried to cancel the subscription. I tried to cancel on the app but didn't work. I was directed to google's play store. On my subscriptions with Google, could not see my fitbit subscription. I went through all the steps provided from Google and Fitbit and still could not cancel my trial. I thought it had been unsubscribed since i could not see it on my subscriptions, only to later see my money deducted for the Fitbit subscription.
Did not find a place where I could reach out for help, only found this forum after weeks of unending search. Terrible experience with google and fitbit. I need to unsubscribe. It is not right that i could not cancel my free trial. This is unacceptable and would like my money back and unsubscription from the current plan i have been deceitfully signed up for.
The Terms of the trial mentioned that i could cancel it before the trial ends, but I did not find the option to cancel/unsubscribe.
