Daily Readiness Is Buggy

Hello--

 

I just re-upped my Fitbit Premium subscription and somehow, my Daily Readiness score has now broken. I've been using Daily Readiness since it was enabled on my account. I spoke to two different chat help desk people and even after screenshots, I was given the basic "reset" and also, there is no sleep data, wait a few days (ignoring the fact that I shared the screenshot on the Daily Readiness section of the app showing that there is no break in the data). 

 

The buggy part that I noticed is that the Daily Readiness part of the app breaks once you go into the separate data areas, HRV, Sleep, Activity categories. When I click on any of those data sets, I lose the back button on the top of the app to go back (it was there two days ago). Sadly, both agents assured me there was no reported bugs there (I know, I'm reporting it to you). 

Has anyone else's Daily Readiness broken? Is there a way to fix it?

And I just noticed that after restarting my Sense, my Daily Readiness category has disappeared from my Sense Today menu.

Hi  Everything worked well every day including Daily Readiness, but that stopped giving me results on 1 Jan 2022, the day that I renewed my Premiuum subscription. I've just got a scire of '0' eeveryday with no breakdown of the results within Daily Readiness for Activity, Recent sleep and Heart Rate variability.  What can I do to get it working again.  I've had two llong phone calls to Fitbit over the past few days and sent two emails to Fitbit, but the problem still exists.

 

I'm wondering if it might help if I removed all my Daily Readiness results from the past then tried to set up Daily Readiness again, but I may need help in order to discover how to do that.  Thank you for any help or suggestions that anybody can give me.

My Sense was giving me readiness scores right up until my free trial of the Premium Subscription was renewed as a yearly subscription. Since then I have not received a single readiness score. 

It says get started but there is no way to reactivate it. It always says zero.

 

Also tapping on any of the three subsections shows all the logged data but there is no back button. The only way to go back is to close the iPhone app and reopen it.

I have the same problem on my Luxe. The last time I got a readiness score was last Saturday. I get the component information but then can’t return to the previous page. My premium account renewed on February 28.

Hi: Another 2 months have passed and I'm still in the same position, despite having telephoned Fitbit (3 more times) and moved to the latest version of the fitbit app.  I hope that you have more success than I have had.

I don’t think customer support can help. FitBit needs to fix its software. They must know at this point that there is a problem. I’ve moved DR to the bottom of my Home Screen so I won’t keep stoking my fire of irritation.

I am literally dealing with the same problem and it’s now September 2022, accidentally clicked restore your purchases even though I’ve consistently been a premium member, next thing you know no daily readiness score with the same glitches that when I click on one of the 3 calculators(activity, recent sleep, HRV) there is no button to go back and I have to swipe up out of the app and reopen it… Also had sex lengthy phone conversations with Fitbits frankly terrible customer support when it comes to this, same runaround reset your whole device all to no avail…. has anyone been able to find a way to get their readiness score back that has posted here??
