How do I get my personal health report? I clicked on the link and it said it would be emailed to me but I never received it. Does anyone know?  It was said to be included with Fitbit premium membership

You get to it via 'Discover' tab at bottom left of 'Today' page.  Then click on 'Health & Fitness Stats' at the top.  'Wellness Reports' is within 'Health & Fitness Stats'.  First I think have to click on 'Preview Report' to get the 'Request My Report' button.  After requesting it, I think it tells the email address it will come to.  Make sure look at that email as, at least I know I do, have several email accounts.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Mine came to my email fairly quickly as a PDF attachment.  I suggest just give it another try to see if will come then.

I was quite impressed with the report.

@CPN41Apologies, I was looking at your Community date but noticed from your Fitbit profile you would definitely have enough data to generate the report, and should receive the report.

There’s nothing for me to click on to request it again. Where do I go to request it again? I have reached out to Fitbit team and they seem not to have a clue of what I am talking about.

I haven’t received the report and there isn’t any link for me to click on to request the report again. Quite frustrating.

There has been a subtle change for me.. App 3.10.1 Android.

When I request the Wellness Report a message come into the App Notifications. "Your Wellness report is ready! Check it out"

I have to open that, and  either download the PDF or Share, in my case, my email and then I receive the report..

Prior to that it emailed directly.

Good catch @Colinm39 .  I just tried that, saying download PDF file, but, it if even did download, I have no idea where to.

I'm reporting that and trying to get  more information.

ETA: I chose the 'Share' selection rather than 'Download' and it gave me email choice;  I emailed to myself and got it okay as PDF attachment.

@JohnnyRow I tried the pdf and lost it as well.. So I ignore that and just tap share from the App notifications and that works multiple times for the same pdf. Screenshot_20191120-134356.png

Thank you so much. I did what you suggested. I’m not able to see where I’m able to find any email addresses are on file.

@CPN41This works for me... Create your report and go through the App process.. No ten minutes wait.. Immediate.

  • Create the report
  • Tap Notifications
  • Tap the Wellness Message
  • Tap share
  • Select the method of sending...

PDF doesn't work if I click that... Just goes off into the ether......

I do not have a "Discover" tab on my "Today" page.  Have things changed since this advice was given?
