Distance tracking discrepancy in app

In the fitbit app I have my distance goal as 3 miles.

On the main screen widget, even though I've exceeded 3miles it appears like I haven't met the goal.  But if I open the distance tracker it shows met. What can I do to get it to show properly on the main screen?

@SunsetRunner it's yet another miles/km issue. App has a few of them right now and Fitbit seem to be quite oblovious to their existence. The goal is in miles but the circle fills in km. Numerically, it will he filling until you reach 5 (5km = 3mi). As far as I remember, this is quite an old issue.

I've seen other reports like this, my android seems to be correct. However before I reach the goal, my chart seems to be off.

What phone do you have @SunsetRunner and I'll move to the right board

Hello @SunsetRunner I have struggled with this miles/km issue for years. Here's how to change the goal on the dashboard. It's totally hidden. Push one of the activities (distance for example), wait 2 seconds (seriously, wait) and a Settings gear and a See More arrow pop up at the bottom. Click settings and you'll find how to change all the goals (daily and weekly) from the dashboard.i hope it worked for you too

I don't think that is true, because if it was, it would be filling in at 5 km, which is also 3 mi and vice versa, but it isn't. With mine, the goal on the app and the goal on the .com dashboard are not the same, although I set them the same. The goal on the .com dashboard resets to 4.83 automatically. I can go in and change it to 3.0 and 1 min later it is back to 4.83. Also, the distance on my watch and on the app on my phone are filling in per the goal on the dashboard. The goal in my app never changes from 3.0 but when I reach 3.0 the circle isn't filled in because it is pulling from the .com dashboard, although I rarely ever go to the .com dashboard. This is truly becoming an issue. I have ONLY had this problem since getting Sense.

Changing the goal on the dashboard is NOT hidden...it is right there at the bottom right of the tile where your steps, miles, calories burned, etc show. Click it and it lists all your goals. The interesting part for me is that the distance goal resets itself mysteriously. I can come back in 1 min later and it is reset to 4.83 when I just set it for 3.0. AND my phone app and watch are tracking my goal met as what is set in the dashboard, not what is set in my phone app.

The dashboard and app get there data from the same database.. Sounds like a programming error. However I think fitbit has abandoned the web based dashboard.
