Can I use my old Fitbit account to get another Free 1 year Fitbit Premium subscription with my new watch? Or do I need to use a new email account?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @StephenP. and thank you for sharing my advise @SunsetRunner. Thanks for asking about your free 1 year Fitbit Premium subscription. 

 

You can use your current account to get your Premium subscription. Only make sure to cancel the current subscription to get the free one displayed on the Fitbit App and activate it.
