Hello, I'm new to Fitbit and install ECG app for first time. Installation is OK, I got message on device to go to mobile app. But when I open ECG start page, the "get started" button is greyed and I can't go next.
What already done:
1. All locations are set to USA
2. ECG app reinstalled
3. Mobile app reinstalled
4. Factory reset
Start everything from beginning, same result.
Please help

Hello @Skimen and welcome to the Community. At the risk of sounding silly, you wrote that you set your locations to USA, but are you actually not in the USA?
If all your settings are correct, I think you should contact Support for more help.

@Skimen Yes. The ECG app is a medically regulated feature and isn't available in all countries. It needed Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for approval in the US. It needs approval by the equivalent regulatory body in Latvia for you to use it.
I believe Fitbit knows where you are by your IP address when you sync.
