I recently switched from monthly payment to annual payment through Apple. Payment was made May 30, but I no longer get premium benefits in the app. Why?

Fitbit Customer Service is the best source of information concerning your premium account and payment status. You can contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I think calling them directly or live chat as your best way of communicating with them .
