Error message when activating premium membership

 I am unable to activate my 6-month Premium subscription. I've tried multiple credit cards and receive the same error message each time (attached). I've tried from the mobile app as well as desktop. Per other forum replies, I've signed out of the app, cleared cache and signed back in and still get the error message. I have a Google 2 watch that I received in 6/28/24.

I figures it out. The app was installed using a different google play account. I un-installed the fitbit app and then reinstalled it and was able to get to the premium subscription.
