It is impossible to cancel my subscription, fitbit just stole 10$ from me. Is this some kind of joke? Do I have to pay this every month for the rest of my life? For the record, this is the year 2022.

From a Moderator: "you need to do the following procedure to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription:
> your profile picture.
Once you're redirected to Google Play please make sure to follow this procedure to cancel the subscription on Google Play.
Keep in mind that Fitbit subscriptions are non-refundable. However you could always contact Google Play, sometimes they provide refunds. "

Don't you think I tried this already? There is no subscription in Google play because it is a continuation of the 3 month trial. Now you will tell me to contact the support, which I obviously already did. Nothing happened, money gone. Fantastic. I cannot believe that something like this can happen in a tech company. Ridiculous

The issue I have with this is that when I first started using Fitbit I registered using an Apple device, which I no longer have. So, frustratingly the money was deducted automatically by my Apple ID and I can't seem to cancel it because I no longer have an Apple device and I don't have the subscription with Google Play to cancel it. The only way seems to be by cancelling the account completely and losing all my data. Why isn't it possible merely to opt-out of "Premium" from the Fitbit App?
