I've come to the conclusion that Fitbit wants to kill me. 😉
After 2 1/2 weeks, the Daily Readiness Score tells me I have "Excellent Readiness" every single day. Every morning, I see, "Today is perfect for going all out!"
Have you ever heard of recovery time, Fitbit? "Going all out" every single day is not good for me. Recovery is an important part of fitness.
I think some tweaking in the algorithm is in order. How about recognizing the value of a light day every now and again?
