Hello my sleep score is typically in the 80s which is good but the restoration score within that total is typically the lowest, somewhere in the 17 to 21 range. The reason it explains it's in that range is my sleeping heart rate is even or sometimes higher than my resting heart rate. And apparently your sleeping heart rate is supposed to dip below your resting heart rate. Well, my resting heart rate as I understand is rather low it ranges from 54 to 58 typically. So my question is couldn't it be the case that one's body can only have so low of a heart rate when sleeping and if it's in the 54-58 range at rest, it doesn't really get much lower than that while steeping, so the restoration score is artificially low due to something that's unattainable? Or if my resting heart rate is 55 let's say does that mean my sleeping heart rate should really be averaging in the 52-53 range? I don't know how to make that possible I get 8 hours, keep the room cool and dark, don't drink, eat well and not before bed and have relaxation techniques to lower it to prepare for sleep. There's not much else I can do. Thanks for your help.

54-58 is certainly not as low as sleeping heart rate can go.
