FitBit Premium missing in subscription on iPhone

I have a trial FitBit Premium.

 

The subscription does not appear in iPhone settings.

 

How do I cancel it?

You close the ticket by choosing my previous answer as "Best answer".

You are sure you are logged into the same account as when you registered your Fitbit?

I was using the wrong apple account. Please close ticket.
