I switched from Charge 3 to charge 4 yesterday:
Removed and reinstalled both apps after upgrading to latest release.
1) Started HIIT program in the premium app, completed first workout (auto logged 8 min in Fatburn zone) but not tracking program workout in the program or in the daily activity tiles. Played it through again, still not tracking. In an attempt to manage HIIT program, went to Coach app which is not available so I ran through a similar length workout which did log in the daily activity "fitbit coach personal trainer".
If this a bug why can't I manually log it?
How is a separate app logging properly but program associated with premium is not?
Why are there separate apps to begin with?
Why are there numerous programs in premium but only 4 in coach?
Why are the workout filters in premium so much better than in coach and why not a search feature in either?
Is there a plan to integrate or harmonize features?
I've been using a separate app for workouts but was hoping this would simplify management, so far not so much.

@TXfitgrltech A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared, I'll be happy to clarify your inquiries.
I'm glad to hear that you upgraded to Charge 4.
1) The workouts that will count in your Guided Programs needs to be done on the day and hour that you set when you started this program. If you're doing any other workout, this should be tracked on your daily activities and your exercise tile.
2) The Fitbit app delivers a personalized experience to give you a deeper understanding of your stats and progress while providing insights to help you reach your goals. Customize the app to see the stats that matter most to you. However, Fitbit Coach programs are a series of workouts tailored to your fitness level and ability.
3) Fitbit Premium offers different Guided Programs because they are tailored to different topics too. However, Fitbit Coach will show programs to help you exercise more.
4) At the moment, there isn't a search feature in Premium. However, you may want to vote for this idea, these are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit's plans.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
