Their products (watches) are not fit for purpose and they have super poor customer service.
I initially purchased an Ionic watch which was replaced 3 times in 12 months because it stopped working. It was then replaced as part of an Ionic recall (Apparently the battery could potentially catch fire!).
I received a replaced Sense watch (I had to pay some of the money towards this watch) and free Premium subscription, which apparently has a 12 month automatic renewal, which Fitbit don't make clear to you when they offer it for free with the purchase of the replace Sense watch.
I never asked for the free subscription, but they give it to you as part of the Ionic recall. In my opinion it’s a con whereby, they give everyone a free subscription on the prospect they can take £79.99 from your account in 12 months’ time.
Just to say, you don't get any notification that the 12 months are up and Fitbit don't inform you they are going to take this money from your account.
Atrocious way to treat customers and you won’t get any suitable response from customer services.

My free 12 months premium subscription as part of the Ionic recall is about to expire and I can’t find anyway to cancel it either in app or on the Fitbit website. I didn’t want it either in the first place and certainly don’t want to be charged for another 12 months. Please advise how I can cancel the subscription?
