Fitbit Premium GLITCH

Has anyone else found glitch issues with Fitbit Premium. I have problem that I cannot access the run programme after starting it. It just will not open. Fitbit have not been able to help yet and it’s taken them over 2 weeks and still no resolution. Is anyone else having issues ?
