Unable to access Fitbit Coach Premium after purchase.

I have a Fitbit Premium subscription, but when I log in, it won’t let me use any of my privileges and tells me to please subscribe. Can anyone help me with this?

I went to log in for the first time since it auto renewed and I have the same issue. Even all the old excersizes I did are no longer accessible.
