I tried the 7 day trial premium, but can't seem to unsubscribe. I went to support (which is only twitter?) and no one responded to me on how to unsubscribe, I checked this webiste can't find a way to unsubscribe. Now I got charged, I am beyond furious, and will probably do a charge back unless someone gives me my money back. I hope someone here can help!

Hi, I know I'm too late to help you, but not too late for someone else in the future. I was able to do it through my Google Play account. Under subscriptions.

Hi @adamhide  Get with customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. If you're not in the USA or if you prefer an online chat or email, then click for contact options

They do not have an email option. I did the twitter thing, which is the
only option there is outside of calling or online chat.

They didn't respond to me, and I got charged, and there is still no
instructions anywhere how to unsubscribe.

I went to that page and there is no email support. Only twitter or chat. I did the twitter option, and they did not reply, and I got charged. There is no way anywhere to unsubscribe and no instructions. I want my money back.

I had the same problem. It took 1/2 hour of digging and 2 chat sessions to finally get it done. Open google play, tap on the 3 horizontal bars at the top left of the screen, tap on subscriptions and then tap on the fitbit account. I'm hopping mad that this isn't stated anywhere on the website, but am suspecting it's intentional to dissuade people from cancelling. I'm pretty computer savvy and I never would have figured it out on my own in a million years...
