I just subscribed to Fitbit Premium a few weeks ago and started the premium Run Training challenge. The first week was great and everything in the app worked pretty well. Second week, I am now unable to go into the run training screen. If I click on the run training prompt, it just refreshes my dashboard. I click on it and it looks like it’s trying to process the request but takes me back to my dashboard every time. I’ve tried so many things: moving the order of the training on my dashboard, trying to access it from the challenges screen(just takes me back to my dashboard when I click open), adding more trainings (all work fine), logging out, deleting the app, restarting my phone, searching forums, but nothing worked. I can’t even delete or restart the session because you can only do that once the training screen is open.
