So, my Fitbit is recording my movement and sleeping heart rate every night but they're withholding that information from me unless I pay a monthly ransom for its release?

It's great to see you on the Community @snoozington. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

Sleep score is now available for certain regions. The details you'll get with sleep score if you don't have Fitbit Premium are duration which will include time asleep and awake and quality which are deep & REM sleep. Rest assure that you should still be getting sleep stages as mentioned in this article: What should I know about sleep stages?
