Fitbit Premium discount

Wondering have I been sent a Scam email re: joining Fitbit premium costing £31.99 to find that when I logged on  to take advantage cost £79.99 how very disappointing in the current climate 😕

Hi @MCGranny5  you're the second one I've seen mention receiving an email from Fitbit. Pretty sure it's not a scam, but I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to confirm. The last person who asked was told it was indeed reduced for one year, then the price would go to whatever the current price would be. This person was in the USA.

customers time to respond to an offer the majority of people work and
unable to respond immediately.

Some  users are getting this  email with a discount and the discount is valid. I remember that the offer wasn't working but our team is working on it if you were not able to claim it.

Firstly, apologies I've only just read message.

And yes if it is possible I would like to take advantage of the Premium
offer at £31.00 for a year subscription. Although I received an email the
offer has never been available on fitbit app, and would be most grateful if
this could be arranged.
