Hello, 

I try Premium with my Fitbit versa 2, and my subscription will end on December 2020. 

But now I have buy Sense, and I have six months of Premium included. 
How I Can extend my Premium subscription?

Since you’re a current Fitbit Premium subscriber, you can start the free trial after you cancel your premium subscription. You’ll see your free trial offer for Fitbit Premium in the Fitbit app within 3 days after your current subscription period ends.

 

Check this article for instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription.
