Fitbit Premium hasn't activated

I too have signed up for the 90 day trial using the app on Android using Google Play on 31/10/20 & it's still not activated on my Fitbit app. Very disappointing as looking at the number of posts here it's not something new & should have been sorted before now. I will be cancelling my account in the next couple of days if it isn't sorted as it looks like it isn't fit for purpose...

I appreciate that you shared details about where you purchased your Fitbit Premium subscription. I see where your disappointment is coming from. 

I'll be happy to help you sort this out, I would like you to restore your purchases, to do so: 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.
