I have purchased a Fitbit Sense in July and cannot activate the 6 months trial subscription which was part of the offering(https://www.fitbit.com/global/uk/products/smartwatches/sense?sku=512SRSG),
as the option doesn't show up in the app:
I have canceled my previous* Fitbit subscription, waited for it to expire (last day was 11th September) and also waited a few days afterwords as indicated in the Fitbit help instructions.
*The previous Fitbit subscription I'm referring to was a 6months free trial offered for my previous fitbit Charge5 device.
Unfortunately 2 weeks later the option is still not available.
Could you please help with its activation?
