I bought my fitbit sense in Feb of 2022. I have had it for less than 6 months and I am on my 3rd charging cable. Each time at least one of the pins recedes into the base failing to make connection rendering the charger useless. This appears to be a poor design for a charger, is this a common issue? At this rate I will spend more on chargers than the watch itself.

Me two. I had my Sense less than 6 months and they are sending me the third charging cable. I request their team to investigate on the product design or manufacturing to see if there is some issue there. It does not make any sense to me on this charging cable issue happens so frequently.
