Fitbit app won't record Premium stats

Missed renewing Premium + when I got it started again the only thing it is recording is my steps.  Why is it not recording anything else?

Welcome on board, @Jmk58.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and just to confirm, may I know what information isn't being recorded? With Premium you'll get detailed information about your stats, such as sleep score breakdown and readiness score. However, your Fitbit device should continue tracking the rest of your stats regardless of your subscription.

With this in mind, I'd suggest the following:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated and force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
  4. Check if all your details sync correctly afterward
