I canceled the premium 6 month trial before it renewed and received confirmation it would expire on May 4, 2024. I was charged again today. I am not sure what is going on but I need this reversed and CANCELLED!!!

Thanks for sharing these details. Before anything else, let me explain that services such as Fitbit Premium subscriptions are non-refundable and for this reason we recommend cancelling a subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent a recurring charge at the end of your subscription term.
