Need help to cancel Fitbit Premium subscription

I canceled the premium 6 month trial before it renewed and received confirmation it would expire on May 4, 2024.  I was charged again today.  I am not sure what is going on but I need this reversed and CANCELLED!!!

Thanks for sharing these details. Before anything else, let me explain that services such as Fitbit Premium subscriptions are non-refundable and for this reason we recommend cancelling a subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent a recurring charge at the end of your subscription term. You can find more details about this in our Terms for paid services.

That being said, please make sure to follow these steps in order to cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture at the upper right corner.
  2. Scroll down and tap Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
  3. Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription > Cancel Subscription.
