So today I came back to Fitbit after having an I watch and i bought the sense 2 I was so excited as come January I am on a mission to get back into getting Fit. I'm absolutely gutted to find out that they have got rid of the challenges and the bingo as I loved that to keep me motivated and to be honest the only reason I came back to fitbit 🙈 customer service said they look at these threads and that if enough people want it back they will think about possibly bringing it back. so if like me you enjoyed the challenges let's show them they need to bring them back 😂🤞🏼

@LauraR10 many, many people have asked that challenges be restored and there has been no indication that Fitbit intends to do that. Here is the relevant thread in the Product Feedback forum. It has more than 2000 votes and is labeled "Not Currently Planned".

Many of us who enjoyed Fitbit challenges have migrated to an app called Stridekick. It isn't quite the same as the challenges we had in the Fitbit app, but there are some advantages. For instance, the challenges are not limited to Fitbit users. People with other devices can also participate.

I cancelled my premium membership for this reason as well. I will not return or promote until they return the challenges. 🤷🏽‍:female_sign:

Real bummer..... Got my friend interested in Fitbit and told her that we could challenge each other only to find it's no longer a feature. Definitely was motivating and would love to have it back!!

Hi Laura!

Even though it's out of platform, Stridekick does allow you to connect with Fitbit...

Until Fitbit comes up with something...

I just talked to a Fitbit rep and they said no more challenges UNLESS enough people vote to have it reinstated.  How about voting this UP?  We need more votes!  I found them fun & motivating too.

@citywildcat the thread where you can vote is here. More than 2300 people have already voted in the last year and the feature is labeled "Not Currently Planned".

Years ago, we had a request for a game, on a tracker. I believe it was the Blaze that after hitting your goala game was enabled.

Within one month we had almost 100 threads with many votes asking for a game.

My thought is that voting activity may be as important as votes

Whoever purchased Fitbit has no idea how much money they are losing because they removed the challenges. I know at least three people including myself who have not bought fitbits once we found out the challenges were removed. Why in the world would you want a Fitbit watch if there's not a challenge attached to it? This reminds me of when Google bought my favorite music app. They changed the user interface. Completely killed the vibe. I never used it again. They probably should get feedback from the actual people that use the product before making such drastic changes. It's a shame really for their bottom line and the consumers.

Bring the challenges back and I'll buy a Fitbit, otherwise forget about it.

Thank you will definitely check it out. Get a clue GOOGLE!!!!!

I'm with you..

Unfortunately, I still have a fitbit, but when it dies, (which will
probably be soon, based on its inconsistent behavior), my next tracker
will not be a Fitbit..

I too enjoyed the step challenge as it was total motivation to out step my friends. I currently have a charge 4, the bracket that holds the band broke off about 6 months, and now the battery wont stay charged for the day. I am switching to a different tracker company, but dont want a watch...just a slim step tracker....what have others switched to?

I hated finding out that the challenges were taken away. They are a nice bit of motivation. I've been using Waybetter for challenges here lately, but I preferred Fitbit's challenges. Walk the Distance is also another cool app that has challenges.
