Fitbit device won't track heart rate and SpO2

Since having Fitbit premium my Fitbit is not recording my overnight heart rate and oxygen levels, what

Thanks for sharing these details. This is odd as Premium shouldn't affect the information tracked by your Fitbit device. I understand this wasn't your case, so let's work on this together. While you mentioned this affected your heart rate during sleep, may I know if the green light on the back is blinking? Also, what is the model of your Fitbit device?

In the meantime, perform a restart and try wearing your device a finger’s width above your wrist bone to see how it goes afterward.

Regarding the oxygen levels, do you refer to SpO2 logged in the Health Metrics? If that's correct, I'd recommend checking this help article which explains what factors impact on how this data is recorded.
