Fitbit guided programs and videos

I have just signed up to start the beginners running however when I select the video for each day it just takes me to the home screen of Fitbit coach and not the video it is telling me to do in Fitbit?

How does this work?

This is happening to me too. I have tried deleing and reinstalling the apps to no avail.

I have the same thing happen - it takes me to Coach but with unrelated workouts.  No way to search for the workout I want (and am supposed to do for my program).  Not intuitive at all!  So far, not so good...

Me too!!!!! And it’s very annoying and frustrating. I have removed my Versa, deleted the fitbit app, reset my watch, deleted the fitbit coach app as well. And it isn’t doing anything !! As soon as I click on the workout it goes to the homepage on fitbit coach with completely unrelated workouts. I just started Intro to Hiit and now i cannot complete Week 2 of my workouts.

Same for me. Please fix this @Fitbit. I need to do my guided workouts.
