During the past few hours(!) I had a very lengthy exchange of tweets with the so called @Fitbit Support!!!!!
My issue is that having a coach premium subscription I was wondering why I was not getting the same service (i.e. Premium) in my Fitbit app! (Please refer to article in this page: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2280 )
There it clearly states right at the top "If you already have a Fitbit Coach Premium subscription, and Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you have access to all Fitbit Premium features..."
This simple fact, failed to register in the minds of people answering my questions! They pad no attention to what I was saying and kept repeating more or less standardized answers as if I was talking to **ahem**s. If anyone would like to "enjoy" the conversation, I have attached it in this message.
The end result was nothing but a very frustrated customer, with no solution to his problem, but with a firm decision to stay away from Fitbit hardware and software in the future!

Sorry to hear that you experienced this with our Customer Service. Fitbit Premium is available in certain regions and more to come. As you mentioned, if you have paid for Fitbit Coach and Premium is available in your region, you should have access to both.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to read the screenshots you've attached. I would like you to let me know where are you located?
