Fitbit premium subscription commenced without permission

Hi

 

As many other users have posted, I’ve been charged for a 90 day free trial and also how cant cancel the subscription. I see lots of other similar posts, but the responses from Fitbit on how to fix are not forthcoming. Can you please post a reply that tells us how to fix the problem and acknowledges it’s been happening.
