Unable to Cancel Premium

Whatever you do, do not sign up for the free trial when you purchase a Fitbit. Not only have I been paying for months, unable to cancel, but I am also NOT receiving ANY premium benefits despite all these charges to my account!

I have tried cancelling via website; I do not have the option to.

I have tried cancelling thru the app; Google says I have NO active subscriptions.

No, I do not pay thru Paypal.

I have contacted customer service and received no solution.

So here I am, still stuck paying $10 monthly with no way out and I just got overdrafted today! Thanks Fitbit! 🙂

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jkara. Thank you for sharing your Fitbit Premium cancelation inquiry.

I understand how frustrating this could be and since you don’t see your subscription in the Fitbit app, restore your purchase.

To restore your subscription purchase:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > 
     
     
     
     your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Account Settings > 
     
     Restore Your Purchases > 
     
     OK.

I hope this information works for you.

When following these directions, I receive an error popup because I "do not have any subscriptions", even though I continue to be charged monthly with no benefits. There is no end in sight.
