I had contacted support but I don't think they understood what I was asking.
I have Premium and pay for it annually so it's not monthly. I saw an offer for 1:1 coaching, where you choose your coach. I'm not sure I'll do it but I am curious. It only shows the monthly charges between Premium and the additional service. I don't pay monthly. For those people then, how is the cost figured out?
I was also told my Virgin Pulse offer has been valid for 9 months. I don't even know where to find that and what it is.
Am so confused!

I hadn't heard of Virgin Pulse before I saw someone else here talking about it a couple of days ago. Apparently it is an employee wellness program through your employer.
I just found this article about how to connect it. That's all I know.

Oh maybe that's all the Virgin Pulse comment was. I'm sporadic with that and tend to not care unless my employer is giving out presents. I didn't know if they meant there were other benefits to it and I might not've connected my Sense. In fact I am sure I haven't. Thank you!
