Health Metrics tile unavailable

I'm on the 6-months free Fitbit Premium subscription with my new Fitbit Sense, however, I can't find the Health Metrics tile anywhere. I was expecting it to show up on the "Today" page but it's nowhere to be found. I've also checked "Removed Stats" via "Edit".

Is this not available in Switzerland? If not, are there plans to make it available in the future? It seems ridiculous to pay the same price for Fitbit Premium with one of the major features missing.

Or can at least some of the missing metrics be shown? E.g. I can check last night's SpO2 range on the SpO2 clock face but I can't see the graph in the app. I'd be very surprised if country-specific regulations allow one but not the other. I'd also be interested in breathing rate and heart rate variability.

I appreciate the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. The Health Metrics tile and the metrics displayed in the tile are not available in all regions, please check back soon. 

As always please make sure that your Fitbit app is updated, this to ensure you receive all the bug fixes and updates made. 

The SpO2 data can only be shown in the clock face itself if the Health Metrics tile isn't available yet.
