6 months premium subscription was given free alonhwith this

 I have not utilised the same.  I had earlier paid for one month and i was told that free subscriptioncan be used after one month and the device will show the same.  But after one month the device isnot displayinng anything

  I am unable to utilise the freesubscription.  Company customer care isnot respondong.  Pl help me
